R E S O L U T I O N

Considering the failure of respondent to comply with the directive of the Office of the Court Administrator in its 1^st Indorsement dated August 8, 2003, respondent is DIRECTED to SHOW CAUSE why he should not be disciplinarily dealt with for not complying with said directive. He is further REQUIRED to file his Comment within ten (10) days from notice. His failure to file Comment shall be considered a waiver to file the same and the case shall be deemed submitted for resolution.
