Considering that the Resolution dated August 31, 2004 was received by counsel for petitioner on September 29, 2004, the filing of the Motion for Reconsideration on October 19, 2004 is clearly five (5) days beyond the reglementary period which expired on October 14, 2004. Accordingly, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
