The Court Resolved to GRANT the Office of the Solicitor General for the appellee, a second extension of twenty (20) days (not ten [10] days as requested in its Motion dated 28 December 2004) from the expiration of the first extension or until 21 January 2005 within which to file a brief, but this would DEFINITELY be the LAST EXTENSION to be given by the Court.
