Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

G.R. No. 160752 (LAKAS-CMD Biñan, et al. vs. Commission on Elections, et al.)

Considering that in the resolution of 27 April 2004, the Court resolved, among others, to set aside the resolution of 13 January 2004 requesting the National Bureau of Investigation to investigate the matter of the fake 9 December 2003 resolution, the Court Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the

(a) Letter dated 10 November 2004 of Gen. Reynaldo G. Wycoco, Director, National Bureau of Investigation, addressed to this Court thru Asst. Clerk of Court Ma. Luisa D. Villarama, forwarding a copy of the Agent's Report for this Court's information and guidance; and

(b) Copy of the aforesaid Agent's Report dated 20 May 2004.
