G.R. No. 155275 (People of the Philippines vs. Roberto Yap-Obeles, et al.)

The Court Resolved to GRANT the Motion dated 2 December 2004 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General for the appellee, praying for a reconsideration of the resolution of 9 November 2004 and for a fourth extension of ten (10) days or until 13 December 2004 within which to file a brief, but this would DEFINITELY be the LAST EXTENSION to be given by the Court.
