Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 11 2005.

G.R. Nos. 138874-75 (People of the Philippines vs. Francisco Larrañaga, et al.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the Letter dated 8 December 2004 of Joan Orendain, Principal, Orendain and Associates, requesting this Court to revisit these cases and review Francisco Larrañaga’s defense;

(b) NOTE and GRANT the Letter-Request dated 15 December 2004 of Millicent N. Reyes, Judicial Staff Head, Office of Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, requesting the inclusion in the Agenda of the above letter of Ms. Orendain; and

(c) DENY for lack of merit the Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 21 September 2004, dated 10 December 2004 filed by counsel for appellant Francisco Juan Larrañaga.
