G.R. No. 137141 (People of the Philippines vs. Alejandro Padua, et al.)

Considering that this case was already transferred to the Court of Appeals conformably with the decision promulgated on 7 July 2004 in G.R. Nos. 147678-87, entitled The People of the Philippines vs. Efren Mateo y Garcia, the Court Resolved to FORWARD the Letter dated 30 November 2004 of Director Vicente G. Vinarao, Bureau of Corrections, Muntinlupa City, forwarding the letter dated 18 October 2004 of PSOI Gerardo Aro, Officer-In-Charge of Medium Security Camp, Camp Sampaguita, Muntinlupa City, requesting that the following death row inmates, who were youth offenders at the time of their conviction be returned immediately to the Maximum Security Camp for security reasons:
