A.M. No. P-04-1765 (Judge Felipe G. Banzon vs. Ruby B. Hechanova, Court Stenographer III, Branch 69, RTC-Silay City.)

Considering the allegation of respondent Ruby Hechanova Sadiñola in her letter dated March 16, 2004 that:

I talked to Hon. Felipe G. Banzon about this matter and I told him that the transcripts of stenographic notes covered by the Administrative case he filed against me were already submitted to his office. He also told me that some of it were already decided, dismissed and in civil cases, testimonies I took were retaken for I informed the Court that some of the stenographic notes I took cannot be located anymore.

the Court Resolves to require complainant, Judge Felipe G. Banzon, to comment on said letter within ten (10) days from notice.

The Division Clerk of Court is directed to furnish Judge Banzon with a copy of the letter dated March 16, 2004.
