Considering the letter dated June 3, 2004 of Ms. Aileen Cecille Meris-Bardaje, Court Stenographer III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 202, Las Piņas City, informing the Court that all her transcripts of stenographic notes were submitted to the Regional Trial Court, Branch 259, Paranaque City and that she was issued a Clearance dated March 26, 2002 by Atty. Jerry R. Toledo, Clerk of Court, and praying that she be furnished with a copy of the original transcript of stenographic notes so that she could photocopy the same and thereafter transmit them, the Court Resolves to:
a) DIRECT the Division Clerk of Court to reproduce duly certified true copies of the transcripts of stenographic notes taken by Ms. Bardaje on February 11, 1998 and September 23, 1999 within ten (10) days from notice; and
b) REQUIRE Ms. Bardaje to appear personally at the Office of the Division Clerk of Court, and to affix her initial on each and every page of the transcripts of stenographic notes and to sign the certification in the presence of the Division Clerk of Court within ten (10) days from notice.
