Considering the letter dated April 1, 2004 of stenographers Catherine A. Ramirez, Nelia DC. Somera, Aurea D. dela Fuente and Eva Christiana R. Leonardo, all of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, Lingayen, Pangasinan, stating that they cannot submit their respective transcripts of stenographic notes as required in the letters dated March 23, 2004 of Atty. Teresita G. Dimaisip because they have already transmitted the same, the Court Resolves to:

a) DIRECT the Judicial Records Office to reproduce duly certified true copies of the transcripts of stenographic notes, to wit:

b) REQUIRE stenographers Catherine A. Ramirez, Nelia DC. Somera, Aurea D. dela Fuente and Eva Christiana R. Leonardo to affix their initials on each and every page of their respective transcript of stenographic notes, sign the certification and thereafter TRANSMIT the transcripts of stenographic notes back to this Court within five (5) days from receipt thereof.
