Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 5 2004.

G.R. No. 158425 (People of the Philippines vs. Gino Molato, et al.)

Considering the letter dated January 28, 2004 of Julieta E. Cuajao, Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, Panabo City, Davao del Norte, returning the original transcripts of stenographic notes taken on February 23, 1999, May 20, 1999 and January 14, 2000 duly signed on each and every page thereof and stating that the transcripts of stenographic notes of January 14, 2000 were not included in the transmittal and that she awaits the return of the transcripts of stenographic notes from November 13, 2000 for her signature, the Court Resolves to REQUIRE:

a) The Judicial Records Office to SEND certified true copies of the transcripts of stenographic notes taken on January 14, 2000 and November 13, 2000 to Ms. Cuajao within ten (10) days from notice; and

b) Ms. Cuajao to AFFIX her signature on the certification of the transcripts of stenographic notes and to TRANSMIT them back to the Court within five (5) days.
