R E S O L U T I O N

Considering that the copy of the resolution of December 4, 2002, requiring the filing of a comment, sent to respondent Aida Gonzales herself at the address provided by petitioners in their Compliance dated September 3, 2003 was returned unserved with the notation “Moved,” the Court Resolved to require: (1) Atty. Lapinid to EXPLAIN why he filed the Comment dated April 9, 2003 in behalf of the respondents, except respondent Aida Gonzales; and (2) petitioners to furnish this Court the current address of respondent Aida Gonzales, in both instances, within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
