RESOLUTION

Perusing the Decision promulgated by the Third Division of this Court, dated February 27, 2003, we note an obvious grammatical lapse that needs correction. Wherefore, the Court RESOLVES that the opening sentence on page one of the Decision should read as follows: “Allegations and perceptions of bias from the mere tenor and language of a judge are insufficient to show prejudgment.”
